History of Roses

Presented by Kelvin Trimper

Adelaide has the perfect climate to grow roses and in this presentation Kelvin will cover the conditions required, the preparation needed, the planting process and the necessary ongoing maintenance.

Kelvin Trimper has had a long business career in Adelaide and for many years was closely associated with the large scale property developments of Mawson Lakes and Golden Grove. Away from business, his passion is gardening, especially roses. He is currently President of the World Federation of Rose Societies and earlier this year he was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia (AM) for his services to horticulture, urban development and the City of Salisbury.
